High Speed Commercial laminator, suitable for mass production of offset and digital print with laminating speeds of up to 70m/min.
This machine is a fully automatic system and incorporates a pneumatically roller pressure and burst function, high speed stream feeder, induction heated roller with precise temperature control within +/-1 deg. This machine can be fitted with optional equipment to suit any production environment:- Heidelberg stream feeder for better handling of thin substrates
- Rotary cutter for better separation of laminated sheets at high speed
- Stacking table for automatic stacking of laminated product onto a pallet
- Jogging table to jog laminated product.
Available in two different configurations:
1. G30: For single sided lamination and digital sleeking
2. Dual G30: For single sided lamination and texture embossing
