Operator-friendly, multi-language, touch screen control panel allows format changes to be made quickly and easily. The job memory function for the automatic storage of product settings is available as an optional extra.
In-feed triggered by a magic eye. The delivery system accurately feeds the pre punched product into the binding station.
Closing bar sets are required for each individual wire diameter. The Renz closing bars guarantee a perfectly round close every time.
Cover sheet turner can lift the back cover off the product.
Optional extra: DBW 500 – conveyor flips the back cover into position.
Optional extra: KL 500 cross stacking unit stacks the product ready to be packed.
