GMP PROTOPIC 540 QUATRO SERIES

Professional laminating/celloglaze system for lamination up to 540mm width, single sided, double sided silver halide replacement embossing and slitting function for layflat photobooks and folded media.

This machine offers the capability to laminate single sided (with or without silver halide embossing) or double sided (with or without embossing) and when fitted with a slitter module it cuts a gutter into the printed sheet prior to lamination creating a flexible hinge for layflat photo book content or fold line for maps,menus etc.

It is ideal for On Demand Printers and Photo book producers requiring a fast and efficient machine to complete laminating jobs quickly or for those print media specialists dealing with book covers, file covers, postcards and pamphlets.

This machine series comes in a semi-automated manual feed version or fully automatic. The Protopic 540 Quatro incorporates a pneumatically controlled automatic overlay feeding for the semi-automated system or a stream feeder controlled underlay feeding in the fully automatic version, Dual perforator, film trimmer, rewinder, burster and sleeking rewinder.
