High speed and fully automatic laminating machine for both photo embossing and high gloss laminating

This high speed thermal laminating machine is designed and built to produce a high-bonding, high gloss lamination and Photo embossing (silver Halide replacement). Available in six different configurations:
  1. 54 Dual: For single sided lamination up to 540mm, digital sleeking and photo embossing
  2. 54 Quatro: For single and double sided lamination up to 540mm and photo embossing and single sided Digital sleeking.
  3. 54 Quatro Slit: For single and double sided lamination up to 540mm and photo embossing and single sided Digital sleeking and Slit book flat photo book production.
  4. 80 Dual: For single sided lamination up to 800mm, digital sleeking and photo embossing
  5. 80 Quatro: For single and double sided lamination up to 800mm and photo embossing and single sided Digital sleeking.
  6. 80 Quatro Slit: For single and double sided lamination up to 800mm and photo embossing and single sided Digital sleeking and Slit book flat photo book production.
  • Cantilevered Design provides easy accessibility to the whole process
  • Photo embossing, the world-first "Silver halide replaced Technology" developed independently and uniquely by GMP creating a cheaper alternative.
  • Stable temperature and fast warm-up is possible by the use of Induction Heating Roller technology.
  • Sheet fed photo solution
  • With connection to Smart cutter you can create an in-line photo solution consisting of Laminating-Photo embossing-Slitting & Cutting.
  • Double sided gloss lamination & photo matt(embossing) is possible with the Quatro versions.
  • Flat-Photo Book production is possible using patented GMP SLIT-BOOK Technologie with the QUATRO-SLIT versions.
  • Loading paper, installing film rolls, threading laminate web, laminating, Photo embossing, Decurling, Cutting, Pressure control of each roller, Film tension control, Film position adjustment, Swivel-mount control panel are all made easy thanks to the cantilever design of this machine.
  • GMP streamfeeder the extremely high pressure at the lamination roller makes it possible to consistently run a large volume of work at high speed.
