In-feed triggered by a magic eye. The delivery system accurately feeds the product into the punching station.
Split two-part dies with thumb cut allow bock block punching as well as calendar punching without the need to invest in a second die. QSA (Quick Size Adjustment) technology allows the quick cancellation of punching pins without having to remove the die.
Cover sheet turner can lift the back cover off the product.
Closing bar sets are required for each individual wire diameter. The Renz closing bars guarantee a perfectly round close every time.
Optional extra: KAS calendar hanger systems are unique in that they take straight wire and pre-form the hanger into a standard or euro hanger profile. For Inline 500: KAS 300 IL, 80 – 300 mm straight wire.
Optional extra: DBW 500 conveyor flips the back cover into position.
Optional extra: KL 500 cross stacking unit stacks the product ready to be packed.
Optional extra: NH 4.5 mm nail hole punch.
