RENZ AT DRUPA

Motivated by the motto “inspire”, Renz a world-market leader and innovator in the field of wire comb and spiral binding has showcased exciting new systems for punching and binding at this year’s Drupa.

With the competition presenting little to no innovations in new equipment during the show, Renz has set itself apart with more than 50% of the stand showcasing new innovative equipment developed to increase productivity, profitability and to increase competitiveness of our customers.

A special focus was on equipment processing small to medium-sized volumes where traditionally manual or partially automated systems have been used. These new products from RENZ addressed the On Demand nature of the market which needs equipment that reduces production times with the least possible operator intervention.

The new Renz AP300 Compact Auto-Punch is being exhibited for the first time at DRUPA at the end of May. Renz anticipate a lot of interest in this model which could delay availability and we would like to give our local customers the opportunity to order the AP300 now ahead of orders taken at the show.

We are no different and in 2015 we will take to market smarter, more automated technology incorporated in easier to use equipment that has a smaller footprint and lower price point than previously available for semi-automatic and automated binding and laminating systems.

Renz Group takes a new direction
A group of private entrepreneurs has acquired the shares of Renz GmbH. Managing director Michael Schubert belongs to the group of new shareholders and is also responsible for sales, marketing and development. A further appointment is that of Georg Saint- Denis, who takes over as CEO of the Renz Group. The management team is expected to be completed in the coming months by a new CFO.
